Frequently Asked Questions
What type of event decor and equipment do you rent?
We rent a variety of event equipment such as display walls, arches, table decor, tableware, floor decorations, champagne walls and much more. Check our inventory.

What is your cancellation policy?
As to orders cancelled more than ten (10) days in advance of the event date, you will be charged the amount of the deposit. Orders cancelled ten (10) days or less before the Commencement Time of the Agreement will be charged 100% of the Rental Fee. Final payments are due 10 days before the Commencement Time of the Agreement.
Do you require a deposit to reserve?
Yes. To reserve the rental items, a 25% deposit fee is required and can be applied against any amount owed. After you execute the rental agreement, the deposit will not be refunded unless it is not needed to satisfy your obligations under the Rental Agreement.
Do I need to sign a contract?
In order to make sure that you know in advance what constitutes the arrangements for the rental, we do have you execute a contract that details the terms.
Do you offer or require delivery?
We offer to arrange for a delivery service (at a charge) if you so desire. Many items are items that you can pick up yourself at a prearranged location to save the delivery fee. Some items that are difficult to assemble or transport will require delivery, return and set up services. However, you will know the situation before you make your reservation.
What if the rental item is damaged?
You are responsible to return the rental item to us in the same condition as it was rented to you. You are responsible for any damage or loss as is detailed in the contract. Before possession passes to you at the outset of the rental, you will be given a chance to inspect the rental item and make note of any damage to the rental item that occurred prior to your possession. For your protection, your observations will be part of the contract documentation.
What if I miss the return date/time for the rental item?
If the item is returned late, there is an extra fee that is charged but you will know the amount of that extra fee before you sign the contract.

Why should I consider renting when I can buy?
Purchasing versus renting is always a consideration that must be addressed. We have included the considerations in a section of this website designed to help you decide which is better for you. Take a look at "Rent or Buy" to get a list of some of the issues you may wish to consider

What if I don't see the item I need in your inventory?
Ask us whether we have an item if you do not see it. Listing all items would result in a website that is near impossible to manage. If we don't have what you want, we will be glad to redirect you to someone else if we know that they might have it.
